LHI’s Quality Assurance team operates as the in-house customer representative to support operations, and provides a mirror to allow us to view ourselves objectively.

LHI has an extensive medical quality assurance program in place. Components of the program consist of an extensive training of all medical providers, nurse reviewers and physician reviewers; as well as continuing audits.
